SYNOPSIS
L’agent Mulder enquête sur une série de morts mystérieuses, dans lesquelles le seul dénominateur commun se réduit à la présence de cancrelats. Bientôt, les minuscules créatures font de nouvelles victimes et sèment la panique dans la ville de Miller’s Grove. Faisant la connaissance d’une jeune et jolie spécialiste des insectes, Mulder en arrive à la conclusion que les cafards-tueurs sont le résultat d’expériences scientifiques menées sur l’intelligence artificielle mais que leur origine est bel et bien extraterrestre...
